Norm helps employers meet their fiduciary responsibilities by using proven employee communications and educations strategies. Norm also assists retiring and retired employees to maximize their retirement income.

Cliff is an Advisor who prepares the quantitative analysis and reporting for our group benefits and pension clients. This analysis helps us to deliver superior support around benefit renewals and claims trending. As well, Cliff assists individuals and families in understanding the complexities of personal finance by providing one-on-one financial service and creating comprehensive financial plans.

Mark began in the financial services industry in 2006, as a part time bank teller, prior to his graduation from university. Since this time he has steadily climbed though the industry and brings a wealth of investment and banking knowledge with him into his current role as Sales Associate Advisor. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance and Economics from Laurentian University. He recently earned his Personal Financial Planner (PFP®) designation to help ensure he has the knowledge necessary to help you with your financial planning needs. The experience he has gained combined with his continuing education helps equip him to provide trustworthy and practical advice to clients. Mark takes pride in helping individuals and businesses build their tax-effective insurance and investment strategies to help meet their retirement and legacy planning needs.
